The people who will be on stage.
This includes any stage managers/crew required to operate the show (not directors and designers)
Is there a Stage Manager Calling the Show?
This must be consistent with the timeslot you have applied for (i.e. less than 60 minutes or less than 90 minutes)
We will do our best to accommodate your request, but daytime techs are unavoidable for most groups.
Because these two festivals overlap, steps are taken to ensure that no company has overlapping shows.
Note: All audiovisual gear such as slide projectors, film projectors, data projectors, projection screens, etc., or any A/V adapters or cables of any sort must be supplied by the Company.
Note: Each venue has a standard “house” lighting plot but each company is allowed up to two lights to be used for your show.
Example: Will you be using stage blood or getting the floor wet? Do you need a crossover backstage? Will you be making a mess? Etc.
(Please be as specific as possible)
Use of pyrotechnics is prohibited. All sets, properties and costumes must comply with fire regulations. Fireproofing and the use of fire retardant materials is the company’s responsibility and is mandatory. Fringe production staff reserve the right to prohibit the use of any special effects that may be hazardous. Please discuss any proposed effects with our Production Manager as soon as possible so that it may be safely accomplished.
